Maitre Rotisseur Mark Delos will host a dinner at Franklin Square Market in Saratoga Springs. For those of you who have not been there, Franklin Square Market is upstate’s version of Eataly in New York City. And Mark is well known to the Chaine, having overseen numerous dinners while as a top executive at Mazzone Hospitality for decades.

This date is tentative, but we anticipate having a dinner with Maitre Rotisseur Noah Frese at his new restaurant “Noah’s Italian” on Phila Street in Saratoga Springs. Many of you attended his splendid dinner at the Roosevelt Room and this will be another opportunity for this young chef to showcase his remarkable talents. When the date is firmed up, you will be notified.

We were finally able to secure a date for our induction dinner. It will take place at the Fort Orange Club where the kitchen is under the capable hands of Maitre Rotisseur Lou Agostinello. Our last dinner there was outstanding with elegant decor, delicious food and spot on service – everything a Chaine dinner should be. If you have not received your ribbons, I hope you can join us for a festive evening.
